I picked up a pair of Slim Jims this week (Soho). The shop assistant downstairs was very helpful and polite, but the employee upstairs came across as rather snooty and disinterested, rolling your eyes is generally considered a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful gesture which I found disappointing and has no place in a customer service role,simply because I tried to pay with cash and enquired about a membership discount and he then proceeded to slap the jeans on the counter minus a bag. Only repairs jeans from their own brand. They did point me in the direction of a more capable tailor (A1 Tailoring, across the street) who was able to fix mine
We forgot to get his name, but the half Danish guy downstairs was so helpful, suggested different models I might like and very found all the different sizes I needed to try. Excellent service and we had a lovely chat. Cannot recommend this place enough.
