We forgot to get his name, but the half Danish guy downstairs was so helpful, suggested different models I might like and very found all the different sizes I needed to try. Excellent service and we had a lovely chat. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I had a really disappointing experience at the D'Arblay St. store. A staff member named John addressed me in a sarcastic, patronising tone when I was just browsing. Instead of offering help, he gave an odd explanation about how the bar setup works, which came off as unnecessarily condescending. It genuinely made me feel unwelcome. While he did help afterwards, the initial tone set the experience for me, and I chose not to purchase anything. Professionalism and good customer service matters - especially in retail.
I had a great experience in the store. Staff was friendly, had great advice and patience and knew exactly what I was looking for. I've purchased my first pair as a result. Many thanks!
