Came in Christmas Eve as a first time customer and was served by Brittany. She was an absolute ray of sunshine, going above and beyond to make every customers experience delightful. I have worked in retail management for years and she is a shining example of great customer service.
Brit served us and was so refreshing, honest, have great styling advice and was an absolute stand out of all the many shops we visited, infact the rest of the day we commented how no other store had anyone even close to as good her Brit. Thanks for the fab experience, we will be back!

The girl working night shift alone on 26/08 completely ignored me and my friend while there was no other customers in the store. She clearly saw us for the good 5 mins we were browsing in the store, but avoided eye contact with me when I caught her sneak peaking at us. Whilst I was walking out of the door I was chatting with my friend and mentioned ‘poor customer service’, she looked up at us and gave me dirty. I should correct myself: not poor customer service, it was NO customer service, zero.
I had a fantastic experience at the Nude Lucy store in Sydney CBD! Brittany, the store manager, went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable about the products, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Her professionalism and enthusiasm really stood out. I ended up buying quite a few items thanks to her helpful guidance and the great overall vibe in the store.
