Extremely helpful and kind! I went in to find an outfit not feeling hopeful but the girls working today, I only got 1 name and her name was Zoe - they were so helpful and kind that I left feeling happy with my purchase. I was given incredible changeroom service, and left with the garment care instructions told by the team. I work in the centre and this was my first proper time shopping for myself and I’m glad I went in :)
I went in to get a particular dress last Friday but it was sold out and the girls were so helpful with finding a different dress that I absolutely love. Great customer service!
The item I wanted was out of stock in store but the sales rep was more than happy to help me find my size in the same item of a different colour (so I could order online). Just genuinely nice and helpful
I've often wandered by without time to take a look inside nude Lucy. Today I had time and I'm so glad I went in. I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I have found it near impossible to find clothes that are comfortable, stylish and high quality. I wish I had taken the retail assistants name, because she was so naturally warm and genuinely helpful. Made the experience really easy and was there to give advice as well.
