First time purchase at NL, visiting Melb from interstate. 1 star review given because I purchased a pair of Sumira pants for my sister -- explicitly telling the female staff serving me at time of purchase that I was unsure about sizing and I was hoping they would fit, and was replied 'they should be right'. Rude worker, I was waiting outside of the fitting room entrance for my girlfriend to change, I didn't even go in because I obviously knew ladies are changing. However the worker still accused me of not respecting ladies privacy and when I said I did not even step foot across the entrance she changed her statement saying I was blocking the queue lol wth

I went with my younger cousin to have a look around for myself. My cousin who has adhd and is clearly under 18 (a child) pulled on the door gently. He didn’t slam it nor did he steal or do anything that was worth being yelled at for. A staff member screamed STOP with such aggression and added a comment at the end saying he did it before. Great customer service and staff kept coming up to me yesterday and taking some of my items to put them into the change room for me and kept checking in on me whilst in the store. Very friendly and approachable and will be back 🙌
