Incredible service. The girls went above and beyond to help me and made it all seem effortless. Miriana helped me over the phone prior to coming in and I was pleasantly surprised by her exceptional phone manner. She then helped me in store to find additional pieces and I was impressed by her warm and genuine assistance. Thanks ladies!
Honestly I'll go out of my way just to shop at Nude Lucy Robina. Every time I've been into the store I'm met with exceptionally helpful and personable staff, with particular mention of the manager Kez. You know that saying "people don't remember what you said or did but they'll always remember how you made them feel" that's 100% accurate for the management and customer service at this store. Visited this store for the first time today. Was met with a friendly smile and a hello from the staff.
I’ve been too scared to go shopping for jeans since having a baby so I just tend to browse quickly before aborting mission. Letitia was so warm and helpful yesterday. I appreciated her support and patience and am really happy with my new denim. I’ll only be going back to that store thanks to the warmth her and the girl with cool tatts gave the store.
