I’m a time poor corporate professional ducked over in my lunch break while I was at a conference for a dress for an interstate event on Saturday - I was in a little bit of a hurry - Julia matched my energy worked the floor and the suggestions and walked out with some extra product that I absolutely needed and a dress for the event
hands down the best nude lucy I have ever been too. I was shopping with my two bestfriends and we first went into the store and one of my girls placed a set on hold. we then came back for another round to see if we could find outfits for what we needed. Mahlee and Mel were the most beautiful girls inside and out who helped myself and my girls with the distressing task of finding the perfect fit. so grateful for them and their energy was unreal. thank you Mahlee and Mel! 🤍
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time… took ages to get my size out the back, staff avoiding customers, forgetting to get others sizes, no help while in the changing room, would’ve bought more had I not been ignored while coming out of the changing room trying on each piece
I popped into the nude lucy Pac Fair store today and had a great experience! I was approached by a lady named ‘’Mel”. She was thoughtful and kind with her customer service approach. It was refreshing walking into the store with attentive staff and excited to help me with a new outfit. Very happy with my time in store today (and new outfit) !
I came in for the Black Friday sale and even though they were so busy Bec personally helped me with styling my outfits and made me feel so calm on such a busy day. So happy with my purchases! Thank you team xx
