I don’t ever usually leave reviews however I have been shopping here for a couple of years and the way that the staff and atmosphere in this store have changed is incredible. Every time I’ve shopped here the girls are so lovely and helpful and have never ever been pushy which is such a big improvement to how it was when it opened. The environment in this store is so friendly and welcoming the staff is always smiling giggling and chatting. It always looks beautiful everytime I come to shop too.
Not really a complaint about the shop, more about the brand. I picked up a couple of pants that looked great at first, but once I got home I saw they wrinkle so easily. I can’t wear them, as they’d crease up again and look pretty unpresentable. Sadly they were final sale, so I cannot return them.
Nice clothes and have bought a few gorgeous items from here but it seems if you are over a certain age bracket ( I’m in my early 40’s) the staff seem quite happy to ignore you. They literally look at me with a blank face. This is the only store in the mall that I found this issue. Each time I’ve gone in I’ve been completely ignored and looked through where as the twenty something year old that enters after me is greeted and asked if they need any assistance.
