2026/07/20下午五點到店裡看衣服 問了店員這間綠毛衣是不是只有S/M尺寸 她回對 而且只剩最後一件 後來檢查衣服的時候發現有小瑕疵決定不買 回家想用官網下訂單時發現明明總共有四個尺寸為什麼店員當下不說呢 是因為種族歧視還是快收店了不屑客人
Dreadful service when purchasing - save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. The staff were rude, dismissive and condescending. My first interaction was on a Saturday afternoon and my second interaction was a Friday evening
A huge thanks to Holly & Ellie from the Highpoint store & Sunny from the Melbourne Central store. ( Hope I got the names right) I mistakenly and stupidly, lol, selected the wrong store to collect my online order, and they went above and beyond ( this was all done over the phone) to assist me so I could collect my order from Melbourne Central instead. ♥️
