Was in last week wanted to buy stuff for my daughter for her birthday. 3 staff was more interested on talking to the courier driver than welcome customers not one asked if I needed help not one looked up they all was to force of flirting with the young courier driver. Customers services is everything. I clearly worked out not buying nothing.
I have never been treated so well during a return as I was by Alex. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me resolve everything smoothly. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant, and I left feeling truly valued as a customer. I could not recommend more.
