I had such a great experience at Nude Lucy Claremont! I placed a click and collect order and it was ready within an hour. When I saw the same item in a gorgeous brown, the staff happily swapped it for me with store credit—no fuss at all and didn’t need to get my card out for a refund or anything! I tried on a few pieces from the new collection and received lovely compliments from the staff. The whole experience was friendly, personal, and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to Nude Lucy Claremont.
