The salesperson was very unfriendly. She refused to iron the dress and took it out of the warehouse. I was told there was no iron. The iron was 10 meters away, though. She responded by saying she wouldn't iron the dress. Horrible.
Dakota was rude and passive aggressive when trying to make a return for an item that was purchased online but was delivered in the incorrect colour.
I can’t seem to find the Nude Lucy store listing for Indooroopilly but I’ve visited the store three seperate times recently with the intention to try on a set and I’ve not been offered help a single time. No hello even and I’ve been in the store looking at the items for at least a few minutes each time. It’s completely turned me off purchasing from the brand at all. I will say that the customer service in the Byron Bay store is actually good.
I want to thank Jenna for my wonderful experience in this store. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, and she cheerfully answered all my inquiries. Her professionalism and kind demeanor truly made a difference during my visit. I greatly appreciate her exceptional service. Will definitely visit again!
I was visiting Brisbane for the weekend, whilst shopping in Chermside I was recommended Nude Lucy for everyday classic basics which I found! After trying on a top and shorts I went to pay for the two items, the girl behind the counter advised that she would get fresh ones from out in the back which was kind of her and they also come in plastic sleeves.
