The blonde girl today in the morning is so cold and rude She looks away from me on purpose when I come up to the counter and then turns around to give me a fake as smile If you don’t want to work just don’t work. But bring that Rude to your customers is disgusting !!! Shame on you!!! Keep that attitude in your back pocket !
I frantically dropped into the shop very close to their closing time, on the 22nd of May, and I have been meaning to compliment the assistant that helped me ever since. I'm currently inbetween sizes, due to weight loss, and she was so helpful in pulling different sizes for me. I try to avoid shopping in person, but she made me feel so looked after. I didn't grab her name, but many thanks, it makes a big different to have caring people in the retail world! x
Shopped on the 19/03/26, the girls on shift were really helpful and friendly. Had plenty of sizes even if they’re on sale. Great experience and customer service
Three shop assistants are all talking/chatting each other. No one welcome the customers at all. Bad customer service
Such a lovely store and team. I was amazed by how attentive the girls were. Will shop again.
