Staff were rude and dismissive didn’t really seem like they wanted to help me at all and were not very warm. Told a pair of shoes weren’t in stock because they didn’t want to go downstairs and get them had to come back and ask another staff member just to get them to retrieve them.
Girl working on Tuesday 17/03 at 4:30 was very rude. I walked in and she instantly left the counter to go to the back of the store and stare at herself in the mirror. After about 5 mins of this she finally came over and when I spoke to her she stared blankly at me before saying “wait what did u say”. She was clearly very uninterested in her job and I can see why no one else was shopping in there.
I've been in this store a number of times. I've had nothing but consistent help from the staff
I am absolutely appalled and deeply shaken by the treatment I received today at Nude Lucy Bondi Junction. After reading other reviews, I can see I’m not alone in this, which is both shocking and, in a small way, reassuring. I am a heavily pregnant, middle-aged woman.
