Update: Someone scheduled a tech to come out and he called off, CS told me someone would be out the next day, nobody came... Another week has passed, left a voicemail, emailed customer service, Paying a fortunate for equipment and service that doesn't work, this is just starting to feel downright disrespectful and negligent. Called twice today. The people on the phone put me on hold while getting an ETA. Both times, the calls hung up after 10 minutes. Been waiting 2.75 hrs for delivery scheduled by NuCO2. During third, call I was told the scheduled window is not real, but someone will probably be out sometime today.
