My business relies on CO2 and this Supplier has left me empty on three occasions and I’ve only been open for nine months. Whenever you call for an emergency, you are on hold for multiple hours. When you finally get someone on the phone, they are never helpful. Avoid! At all costs. We closed our restaurant for remodeling for one year. Called to cancel within a month and they kept billing us and never picked up their equipment. They continued to bill us for a year. Awful to deal with. Now that we are reopening we are looking for a new supplier.

If you can go with another company you should… customer service is terrible. Takes forever to get tanks service. They will lie to you saying that their techs start at 7am, but you won’t see a person until more than 2 hours later. I would give 0stars if I could

Drivers are reckless, dangerous. The one we encountered on 03/06/2025 heading eastbound on Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville was driving erratically and almost ran into our vehicle.
