Richelle was awesome. Took her 5 minutes to figure out why our medication didn’t go through. She figured out what the pharmacist did and corrected it. The pharmacist Dustin was rude. Very arrogant. He was short and even blurted out “ I don’t spend much time on each one like you people do. I move on.” If I was Medicap I would really look into who is working for them.
I have found that since the change to Medicap my scripts get filled much faster, the staff is very pleasant to deal with and the pharmacist is very patient with question that I may have! Thanks for great service!!!
The employees at this pharmacy, from the pharmacist to the checkout lady at the front door, made two visits to this pharmacy an exceptional experience. The price I paid was very reasonable, too!
