I’ve been getting prescriptions for myself and other family members for over 5 years and never had a problem. Sometimes they had to call the Dr. to get approval when refills ran out but were quick about it. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Most times OK but this last time they completely forgot to call in a prescription that I absolutely needed when I called a week before. So now I'm sitting here totally out not feeling very good waiting for this cluster to end. After going through what I went through I only received a seven day prescription now because of all this I will be going through the same thing on Monday and for that I am changing pharmacies. All of this wouldn't have been so bad have they at least apologized But instead all they could do was tell me ... read more
I just wanted to say how easy it has been to interact with Nucara pharmacy in Story city. Every issue I have had they have gone out of their way to help me. If you are going to pick a pharmacy please pick Nucara cuz they actually care about their customers
