New brakes not good will not recommend had a noise brakes, they replaced rear rotors on my vehicle and the noise is still there after three technicians repairs 1 star
I was a bit disappointed that the representative did not do a thorough check. He drove the vehicle but did not remove the tires. The vehicle still makes the same scrubbing sound.
Over the last week or so, there was a grinding noise coming from my rear brakes. Figured they needed to be replaced. Due to my work schedule and big event coming up soon, I needed these replaced ASAP. I made my appointment yesterday and they came and did the work a day later. It was super easy and they got it done in the parking garage at my complex. Kyle, the mechanic, was friendly and made it an easy process.
Great mechanic. Eddie sent message in advance and arrive on time. During the service he gave honest, helpful advice and told me which services I didn’t actually need. Fast, on time, and very easy to work with.
