I've a friend in this nursing home and this service wont answer the telephone as it continually goes to voicemail. Pathetically useless !
My Father just passed away and was treated with care and respect there.
Very rude experience from here. Nurses are lovely but sadly the gent at the desk when enquiring was very rude and arrogant. Have asked for management to call, an still waiting. Alot of falls were reported also sadly. My family said meals were nice and friendly orderlies and ckeaning staff. Sugest to look elsewhere first though.
