A repeat customer here, who's not really 'into beauty' but as 50 approaches and at following a recommendation of a friend, I have been converted! I had 3 Potenza treatments (amongst others) and have seen genuine improvement in my skin's overall appearance (my husband even noticed!). A professional and genuinely welcoming team ensure the experience at the first class. They're beautiful too, in a way that is radiant and natural - a real advert for the services they provide. Strong recommend!
The experience is luxurious & personable from the moment you walk in. The staffs expertise, knowledge, and refined aesthetic is why NU28 is the only clinic I trust in Melbourne when I'm travelling. Owning my own salon/clinic in Brisbane, I have high expectations so I couldn't recommend NU28 enough.
So glad I was recommended to visit NU28. The team are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I am loving the Potenza treatments, they have so many options though. All the latest Korean technology.
Honestly such a fantastic place. They look after you, remember you, and actually listen to you and your concerns. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming, and I always walk out feeling great about my time there. Highly recommend, been going for a few months now and will keep going back!
This review is long overdue, but better late than never! I want to express my sincere gratitude to Kaitlyn and the team at nu28. Dealing with keratosis pilaris all my life, I have always worn a long sleeve top to hide the bumps and redness that’s on my arms.
