We were not happy with the outcome from this company. We feel that they took our money ($250) without doing the service that we agreed upon. We explained that we had a hole in our chimney on the roof that an animal had likely done to get into our attic and requested a trap on the roof or attic to catch any possible animals. The gentleman came out to our house with the trap and because the roof is slanted and the attic does not have an entryway, he left the trap in our backyard on the ground.
