It took 45 minutes for the person administering my Botox to track down the doctor, who was in a different office. When they finally connected, the doctor simply repeated the same questions he had already asked me over a video call. Then, during the injections, the practitioner hit veins in two areas of my face, which left me with large bruises. Thanks to that, I started my new job with what looked like hit marks on my face.
Everyone was very kind and welcoming, the wonderful lady who did my injections was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I came in for a lip flip and she sold me on getting filler instead but I didn't feel like I was upsold, she was educating me on the difference and I felt confident in my decision to go with filler instead AND there was a sweet discount! The facility was esthetically appealing, it was quick, informative, and comfortable also got a nice discount for being new and even extra when signed up for rewards club.. super oleased
An amazing experience with nurse practitioner, Lyndsey! Highly recommend the facility as well as Lyndsey who goes beyond her professional specialty to make you feel safe and at ease throughout your medical procedure. Her bedside manner is a plus the product as well as the services speak for themselves.
Samira is the most honest injector I've met in LA/SD - friendly staff. Conduct themselves as professional women.
