This GF flour is the best, I just exchange it for regular flour and everything turns out great and tastes good.
Nu Life provides the highest quality products. My favorites include the whole grain flour, pearled sorghum for use as a pasta replacement in salads, casseroles, soups, pilaf, risotto, appetizers, etc., and whole grain for popping and cooking. If you haven't tried them, YOU MUST! You will be happy you did!
