In for the six month check on my devices and how I am managing with hearing aids. I was welcomed with a smile and then met with Ryan who fitted the hearing aids originally. It was an excellent visit. Ryan cleaned the hearing aids, checked my ears, answered my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the devices. I am so glad I went to this office, it’s close, dropping in is always welcomed, and service could not be better. Highly recommended.

This facility (Bowmanville) is state-of-the-art. These are skilled, experienced professionals. My hearing test with Chelsea was thorough, comfortable, unhurried and covered all the bases. I am not, at present, a candidate for a hearing aid, so there was no attempt to try to sell me one. Their sole concern was helping me find a solution for my current and hopefully temporary hearing issues. I look forward to meeting with Dr Tam for further tests and examinations. Wow ! Actually a great doctor ! Can’t say enough Thank yous ! I been having ear trouble for years and after seeing so many doctors , hearing test etc . I found great place took the time to explain things and actually had a concern ! Like you have pain for something going on ! Great place , local , and highly recommend them ! Chelsea and Ryan were recommended by several friends wearing hearing aids. My husband was going to a different hearing aid specialist and was frustrated with no improvement. After visiting Chelsea, she listened and kept trying a couple different hearing aids and other equipment with better hearing a result . Chelsea continues to listen and tries to help with any problems he’s experiencing. She’s very upbeat, never rushed and actively listens.
