Why bother offering a digital download if it’s non-printable and badly compressed? I was shocked to find the file was under 100kb—completely useless for anything other than a tiny social media post. It feels like a bait-and-switch to get parents to pay for a package and then still have to buy separate prints. I'll be sharing this feedback with our school’s administration.
Such bad photos! Absolutely price gouging! $150 for 2 kids to have the most basic package plus a sibling photo. Just to have them come back with a child’s hair sticking and one child being told by the photographer to push her head back causing such an awkward un-natural looking photo! Wish our school would use a different company!
I've tried numerous times to reach these guys regarding school photos as my sons name wasn't on the search and option so I couldn't order photos! It's his last year in school. Extremely upset that I didn't get contacted back and that we've missed out
Our school has used MSP for school photos and every year I'm dissapointed with the results. The photos are over exposed, blurry and all taken against a plain white backdrop. Furthermore, I wrote a review a year or two ago for this company and many other had written similar experiences. Interestingly those reviews have all gone and there is now a clean slate with 1 fake positive review.
