The technician was helpful. She told me up front what it would cost to work on my heating aids. (They weren’t syncing to my phone). She tested my hearing, put an amplifier in my right hearing aid and tested again then worked on syncing them to my phone.
They’re so good with after purchase help !! Very friendly & courteous people in the Elizabethton office, always willing to help. Great hearing aids too !!
