I called in on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with a young lady named Andrea to help fix my clogged sink and toilet. The next morning Dustin called and was here at 7:30AM. He arrived and had my restroom up and running within 2hrs of his time!! This is by far the best service I have ever received from any company. These guys were awesome. They checked all our pipes and lucky for us everything was fine. Mike Shaha and his co-worker were super nice, friendly, took their time and seemed to really care about our home. I was very impressed with them.
The communication from Nu Flow has been very difficult to work with. When they first sent someone out the crew had turned off my water and removed my toilet in the only bathroom. They left without letting me know if I was ok to use the toilet. I had to call my rep who quickly advised I was able to use it. There were other issues that came up and they ended up having to come back but no one reached out for several days on when someone would be coming back.
