I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at how I was treated. I called hoping for some advice, was told my 'sob story' as he called it was irrelevant and my current situation means squat to them, all they wanted was my personal information and after I would divulge private information (without telling me why they needed it or what they would do with it), only than would they be able to give me any answers.
