I'm from Spain and I'm visiting family in Altona. Although my English is not good, I'm enjoying my Pilates classes with Sharon, I feel well during and after my classes, I feel like home and I absolutely recomend her.
My wife and I are avid CrossFitters so we are replete with muscle tightness. Remedial massage is such a big help and Sharon’s the best. She’s very targeted and thorough. We’ve been going to her for years.
I exercise regularly as well as have a very active lifestyle, After a while my body starts to ‘lock up’ from all the work. I see Sharon once a month and she does an amazing job at getting rid of all the knots and tender points allowing me to move pain free! I’ve recommended her to so many friends and all have said the same thing.
