Ripped me off $60 for not having NC minimum insurance, said I didn't show proof of insurance. I did, and my insurance was MORE than NC true minimum. No one in office, guy on monitor, smug and refused to let me see what he intended to apply my signature and initials to! Manager LIED to my credit card company when I reported this fraud! And, another customer (on the shuttle back to the airport) told me they refused to fix her rental's leaky tire, but they told her SHE could buy the car a tire if she wanted to do so. When a loved one goes on a trip to another state we like to think that everyone they do business with is going to be respectable to the people we love. However, that was not the experience my sister had today, 08/13/24 when she flew into the Charlotte, NC.
