DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Sneaky, underhanded tactics!!! I specifically told them I declined the extra insurance, my daughter was standing right next to me and can confirm the I declined it. The lady told me what I was signing was to decline the insurance but instead it was accepting the charges. Why would I accept extra insurance when I have coverage from both my credit card as well as my own car insurance??? Cost me $190!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
