What a great place that was prices were phenomenal, and the cars were TOP launch
I rented a car here and the sneaky up charges are insane. I told her I want to use only my insurance and I don’t want any of their additions. Just before I went to sign, I saw that she was charging me an additional $300 when I asked her what that was for she said it was “insurance since we are so close to Mexico a lot of our cars get stolen”. What?! I’m Born and raised in Arizona, but she wouldn’t have known that because my ID was from out of state. Meaning she tried to scam, scare, and pressure me into this additional cost.... read more
Perfect...off airport is why the rates are low. Nice clean convenient shuttle. Was going to cancel because of bad reviews. Talked with customer service (located in LV) before picking auto up after booking out of fear. 10 in all aspects was our experience.
