First of all, I appreciate that this company has a shuttle picking you up from the airport, although it was no use to me at the moment because I live in AZ. When I arrived before my pick-up time, which was 07:00am they were already opened and friendly. The store was very nice and clean. Went through Priceline for this reservation but it doesn't matter I talked to customer service representative here assuming that they helped me and they didn't. My reservation got sent to the wrong location completely not my fault until I noticed the itinerary that was sent to me. Call to see if I could even modify and then just cancel after they told me everything would be fine.! This was false! This place is a gimmick. All they want to do is taken your money. The front desk clerk was rude and had the worst attitude. She did not provide any type of customer service and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed after dealing with her. I paid for my rental in full prior to arriving. Without any prior knowledge I was demanded to pay a $500 deposit on a REAL credit card which I presented and was told that I could not use Tap to Pay which is the only form of payment I had being my purse was stolen with all my cards and ... read more
