I had a very frustrating experience with this immigration law firm. I was misled into applying for a student visa when other, more suitable immigration options were available. This led to unnecessary costs and delays. After taking matters into my own hands and applying for the correct program, I sought compensation for the expenses caused by their poor advice. I hired Li from Nu Canada to have her process my girlfriend's PR Spousal application. In the beginning the process was smooth and she was informative about the process. The paperwork was extensive as expected. Once we had submitted the PR application, we rarely heard from her and I had to keep sending follow up emails to ask for further updates and to be on top of our own PR process obviously.
