Put a time order in for an appointment at 1:30 was not here by 1:35 I called she said he should be on the way, what do you mean SHOULD? Sat there waiting they said they showed up but he pulled away to do another call be there in 2 minutes, you were never there did not show till 2:20 this cab company sucks!!!

I've waited over 1 hour maybe over 2 hours for nobody to show up . Also in all kinds of weather I wouldn't prefer this company . Or charge you almost $100 from Fulton to Mexico NY for them to be few hours late .

Absolutely THE WORST cab company around. They lie, are NEVER on time, their cars are pieces of junk and REEK of cigarettes. All whilst claiming to be "medical transport " Dispatcher is rude and a liar. Doesn't know how to do his job.

They called me at 8:20 in the morning and said they would be here to pick me up at 9:30 my appointment was at 10:30 and they never showed up to pick me up until 10:20 and my appointment got cancelled I would not recommend this company to anyone going to appointments sometimes they never show up until after your scheduled appointment I wouldn’t even give it one star but it wouldn’t let me post anything until I did

They said 20 mins been allready 2 hours crazy definitely not worth the time they say there busy but they had a driver 20 min away and hasn’t been here sense called at 10am now it’s 12:48
