They are they are terrible. They’re putting everything on their you think they’re gonna be good. They are terrible because I’m trying to get a ride to go to Walmart to go get food. I’m trying to get so I can get some money at KeyBank. You get a one star rating.

Took my wife to an appointment the car smelled like weed and he was drunk driving dropped her off at her appointment. When she was done with appointment they were nasty to her on the phone left there for 5 hours she called me crying

My driver was so kind, so patient and so friendly. She took me to the store and waited for me, I was in and out, and she represents a great company. I would highly recommend this taxi service!

Recently called for a cab waiting to be picked up and it's been 45 minutes now. Every time you call it's always " we only have one driver". HONESTLY HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS WITH ONE DRIVER? Honestly this company would not get my business ever again if we had another cab company, but I have no other choice to get around. Something needs to be done about this company and it's pick up time. Don't say you'll be here in 20 minutes and have to wait for 45-50 minutes.
