Recently called these guys for a cab to thrifty shopper and I called them back for a return home. Waiter for 45 minutes,so I called them back asking nicely how much longer it was going to be and the dispatcher was very rude. Yelling at me saying they only have one driver.
3 and 1/2 hours waiting for a taxi by then someone could have walked to work or gotten fired
How is this company still in business. ? Horrible customer service !
NU-CAB gets 0 stars they never showed up for my ride and didn't even call me.
Honestly nu cab used to suck ass but they have gotten their pickup times better used to be an hour at least now it’s legit 15 minutes give or take definitely impressed with the improvements within the company
