I met with Chris at NTX back in March to discuss replacing my 2016 Chaparral Garmin which was intermittently shutting off. This had been a problem for a couple of years and appeared to be temperature related. We agreed rather than replacing the old unit, I should try a cheap solution of adding a 12 VDC fan. Chris installed a transducer shield and saver on my new Nitro Z19. This being a new boat, in addition to the installation, he took the time to help with modifying the sonar/down and side scan settings to ensure that I would get the best use of the transducers. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Even days after the installation, he took the time to answer additional questions about the settings so I could better understand the "why" behind those settings.
