Very frustrating experience with North Texas Tollway Authority. I opened a TollTag account in 2024 and used toll roads throughout 2025. I regularly checked my account online, and it always showed a $0 balance. I never received any paper bills or text reminders. Recently, I logged in and suddenly saw a balance close to $1,000. My credit card had been replaced, so auto-pay failed—but what I cannot understand is why my account showed $0 the entire time and only updated much later with much higher non-TollTag charges.
