Pros: They are open Saturdays. Cons: They do a really sloppy job, don’t take accountability for any of their actions (I asked them why I got charged for taking the toll ways when the price was $0 since highway 121/183 was closed due to construction and they said that it was my fault.) and will give you someone else’s toll tag (I only found out that when I called their customer service office in Plano.)

Bought a toll tag and still being charged $40 per day!!! Each time I drive I'm charged and have rescript to prove it!!!
The worst place ever! First time going into to this place so I can fix a problem that they made for my dad. Save your trip and try another place! If I could rate negative I would! Sorry not sorry need better people working in this location with proper management
