The level of incompetence within NTTA is astounding. I have a KTag and an invoice showing that I have paid the tolls that NTTA is billing me for. They cannot seem to understand this. And I continue to be charged with tolls and late fees. I can't find anyone to speak with who can resolve this issue.
can't solve the problem. staff lie and ask you to call back after 30 minutes 2-3 times and talk to 2-3 different people waste of time
I drive a semi, sometimes I take the 130, it slowly crept up from The 40s, now the fee is in the high 60s to bypass Austin on 130. This is a rip-off,the road isn't even that good. This rate makes it worthwhile to sit in 35 traffic. You guys are just plain greedy.
