I wish I was able to put zero stars. This was probably one of my worst experiences at a company in many, many years. The entire staff was rude. The person that waited on me was so incompetent and disrespectful that it amazes me, she has us a job. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to go to the centers when we need help, but I will never ever go to the Plano location again. Corrupt company abusing their power and robbing citizens for tolls that are on toll roads already built and not being worked on at all. You pay tolls to still sit in traffic.
It took me longer to drive there than it took for them to help me out. I didn’t get her name but the lady at Station 10 is an absolute ANGEL.
Very bad experience. They are scammers and do a lot of fraud. Be careful with them! They promised me something and then charged me again and again!
