i ordered linens from this place before and didnt have much problems . b ut the last two times my order was so screwed up i probably wil never buy again . the first time i waited three months. i for simple stuff. has to deal with a women named alexi. SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING.!!! she will lie to you and lie and she cant even find out where your stuff is. this time i ordered 10 dozen hand towels and flat sheets. took for ever to get the flat sheets and 4 months to get the hand towels. finally got the hand towel... read more
I use to order linens from them but I am not gonna ordered any more they charge my credit card and never ship me my linens I called so many times they keep blaming on each other . I will never recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service.
If i could give BILL a rating on his own i would give him 10 STARS. He is amazing and he gives excellent customer service for years now. The rest of the staff i would give LESS THAN A 1. The one that answers the phone now i think her name is Lexi does nothing to help. She tells me she will look into things and never does.
