Scott in Charlotte office had to re send buydown documents on closing day even though I mentioned it was incorrect days before. I’ve been moved in 3 weeks now and have yet to receive info on how to pay my actual bill.
Best in class company that is dedicated to providing an extraordinary mortgage experience for their clients. Highly recommend!
