I made a last minute call to try and get a car for a few days in Darwin. I called Nt Car Rentals, they were eager to please and had a car available immediately. I was picked up from my hotel and taken to their yard, the paper work was easy and no hassle all done in a few minutes with no drama. The return process was also seamless, sorted out in minutes. I would recommend NT Car rentals, good honest service as you would expect. Did i mention it was also good value.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked a Triton for 14 days over the July school holidays. This was paid for 8 months in advance, confirmation of payment was emailed to the manager after speaking to him on the phone. When I arrived there was no car, the manager tried to blame me for this as I didn't text him a confirmation of payment. I feel the phone call and email should be sufficient. The quote no and my name was attached to the payment. I asked for my money back, instead I was offered a Subaru Outback, sight unseen. I... read more
