I had a great experience here — even as a walk-in without an appointment, the staff were patient and kept the waiting room informed. I waited a couple of hours but always felt acknowledged and could see the staff were working hard to efficiently process everyone fairly. At one point, one of the staff members even brought out cookies to ease the stress on a morning when a severe traffic accident caused many people to be late to their appointments.
