Toni was helpful in the visitor reception center.
I recently went to get a new CAC card, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The staff I interacted with were unprofessional, and their attitudes made the process more stressful than it needed to be. The first woman you encounter when you walk in—her office is to the left—was especially difficult to deal with. I’ve honestly never experienced that level of unprofessional behavior in a setting like this.
