Trains to and from the Lions v Australia rugby union test match were fantastic! Double decker trains, running regularly, scrupulously clean with polite and helpful staff. Great job especially with the 40 minute delay screwing g up end times! Well done all and thank you x
Me n wife we took the morning train from Sydney to Canberra (economy class) n return (1st class) in the evening back to Sydney. It was a wonderful traveling experience. Overall I am happy to say that the train service is awesome - very punctual, inside the train is clean, seats are comfortable and the staff crews either at the stations or onboard the train are helpful n friendly. In add, we had our breakfast n dinner onboard the train - food is ok n price is reasonable. From Malaysia _ Sunny & Penny
Staff of luggage check in room are very nice, but staff of ticket office are not, also gave wrong information.
I love train travel but please send out an SMS when a train is delayed! As I understand it you’ve known about the issue for hours. I would have used my day quite differently plus got dropped off at lunch and saved myself an Uber fare! +1 star for the excellent customer service agent in Cbr who was totally on the same page.
So disappointed I got a train last night ( 17 Jan) from Urunga to Central - Nth Coast Overnight XPT Train . The train should be there at 6:50 but it’s lated till 10am. And I got a flight at 11:15 at international airport. It’s too lated and I missed my flight.
