NSW Mortgage Corporation have helped changed our lives. We were drowning in debt. They not only helped find us a lender to refinance through when everyone said no to us. Nice enough staff to talk to..... but what an inefficient organisation. You will give them half a forrest full of documentation before they'll even tell you if you have the serviceability to service the loan you are applying for. The whole process was like getting blood out of stone and it seams they didn't actually know the documentation needed. Others may have better experiences.... this was mine ..... no way would I go here again.
The team at NSW Mortgage Corp in my opinion went above and beyond my expectations in finding the best solution for my financial problems. Scotty, Emma and the rest of the team were always professional and kept me informed every step of the way with phone calls and emails and their knowledge of their products were second to none. I will have no hesitation in recommending NSW Mortgage Corp to my friends.
