Absolutely terrible took 6 years to settle my bullying and harassment case with my employer, they didn't fight for me at all they didn't know the nitty critty of my case and didnt really seem to care, my barrister was useless it was like he was intimated by my employers barrister, absolute shamozzel I wish I had never gone with them.
They expect you “The Injured Person” to do all the work for them: - Reports, Statements, Witness Interviews, etc.. what am I paying them for? Their Letterhead? Look elsewhere!
Previously i was under the impression that my Supervisor Vic Petrovich was still employed for nsw Compensation Lawyers. On a personal note Vic did in fact help me immensely with a job application at WQBE insurance. I never got the chance to thank him to think of it. What can i say as a claims examiner Vic is a top bloke a hard working employee and the best in Claims Management. My personal opinion about them is based on my personal experience. Many years ago, they handled my case, which most lawyers said was impossible. After that case, whenever I needed advice, they always returned my call and very helpfully explained my rights. Of course, I am aware, there are also bad experience from some people, but people often confuse wishes with real possibilities. They are very professional and honest, which sometimes people misinterpret.
