Everyone was professional and compassionate from hi to goodbye. Dr. Montero and staff spent a lot of time caring for me. The services provided were thoughtful and thorough. I highly recommend.
Came in for an ear cleaning and they got it done same day.
Called to make an appointment for ear testing. Was told the scheduler would call back. After 3 hours, I decided to call back. When I requested an appointment, I was told that the test I needed was booked up for the entire year. Said I could be placed on a waiting list. 🤣 I've never heard anything like this in my life. Ridiculous.
PATIENT BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES ! We booked a free consultation for hearing aids with this audiology clinic and they still submitted a claim to our insurance company and sent us a bill for the patient balance. Before the appointment, we got several confirmations from the clinic it was a free consultation but they sent us a bill anyway. After receiving the bill, we called their billing office several times and provided these explanations but they wouldn't cancel the charges.
