The guy was very nice and apologetic regarding my negative experience on June 12th (as reflected in my initial review below). He assured me that my negative experience was an unfortunate misrepresentation of his company, and steps have been made to address the matter. Great experience and seamless pickup and drop off. The sprinter van was luxurious and clean. Amador was our driver. He was very accommodating and extremely nice. I would definitely book the service again.
