This organization send so many emails in a week that you cannot find time to run your business, or get a moment to think of what project you could offer the.
If I can put 0 star, I would. The NSF account reps we have used “cookie cutter/ standardized across the board” script to evaluate. He has no knowledge of how operation and business works and gave advise that is not fit for our business and not practical (how funny and we need to write a thesis paragraph to support our stance and view). Wasting time. Absolutely painful and wasting time and energy. Not pleasant to work with. There are other organic certification body to pick from. Consider your options.
Emailed them about verifying NSF legitimacy on a product, no response. Seems unprofessional and unreliable, not a good impression and removes their credibility on water quality assurance entirely. I suspect it's probably an organization that's just bribed to put an NSF label on there.
