They bought out our terrific, efficient bank and have made it a complete disaster. EFT's aren't showing up until many days after they were supposed to, bank cards & passwords won't work, the app is a total joke, and the bank workers will tell you in hushed tones that the whole transfer to NSB has been a complete disaster for them. We currently have a paycheck that seems to be lost in the NSB ether and no one can tell us anything. Totally done with them.
