Pulled my infant out of Creative World to come here. THE worst mistake ever. Declined our first offer because the center didn’t sit well with me but we were forced to settle for this place after MCYNN started taking 45days to process fee assistance. The teachers don’t acknowledge you when you walk in(which gives you an in-site on the lack of interaction with the infants). A terrible pissy smell slaps you in the face when you walk in. I’ll pass on leaving my child in the care of staff with so little patience. The enrollment process gave me a bad feeling, and I am not desperate enough for a spot in their mid-quality daycare to ignore my intuition. To start off, Aleena was wonderful. She was not part of our issue. She was very communicative and professional. The lady I spoke to for a few seconds got defensive and unprofessional for simply asking her, "Did you read my resume?". She responded, "Next time just say you are relocating instead of asking 'did you read my resume?' Have a nice day'". I do believe I put my location on the application and resume. I ask because I'm not in Virginia yet and the attitude already tells me enough. Irony is these businesses get annoyed when some people do not read but asking them that question seems to be a problem. Used to come here as a kid and I even graduated preschool here.Came back to check and it is still in good shape.I even got to meet my old teachers from way back then.It brings so much nostalgia everytime i come here. Good place.
My son and I love this child development center! They are top tier!
