Had 2023 taxes done here for two states. In 2024 NC said my prior year taxes were never filed. When I called this office they had it submitted on the same day I called and claimed “some times it takes time to register”. I’m glad I didn’t owe because I could have been penalized. I wouldn’t have faulted them if they were honest about their mistake. Also, I paid for the service to be done correctly!
