Ordered a couple pairs of shoes from NRML, and Alika reached out to me as one of the boxes had been damaged during shipment to them, but the shoes passed the quality inspection. Alika sent photos of the box and offered to cancel the item in my order if I wanted. As it was not a big deal for me I proceeded with the order, and Alika then refunded 10% to compensate for the damaged box after I agreed to proceed without question. Shoes arrived with no issues at all. Great customer service! Will definitely order from them again.

I placed my order online It took a week for the item to get shipped and its still not picked up by UPS from their warehouse. I would not recommend placing order online
